SHIPPING & RETURNS
All the orders are shipped from Indore
Usually the orders are delivered within 7-8 days. There may be some delay in some orders.
NO RETURN ON ANY ORDER
Exchage Policy:
We have a 7-day Exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an Exchange.
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUND TO ANY ACCOUNT.

Login to your account and create a return request
No Return on 'Special Prices' items. All sales are final.
To be eligible for an Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your Exchange is accepted, We will initiate a reverse pickup for your order.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, Store Credit equivalent to the product value minus ₹149 for T-shirts/Trackpants/Shirts and ₹249 for Hoodies/Jackets/Sweatshirts/Fleece_Pants as return shipping charges will be issued to you.
The issued Store Credit:
- Is valid for purchases on www.stooky.in only.
- Can be used to purchase any product available on our website.
- Is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
