All orders placed on stooky.in are dispatched from Indore. The delivery depends on the PIN codes. However, The minimum delivery time is 2-4 working days after the order is placed.
For some PIN codes, it may take longer to deliver the order, check status on the order status page and the tracking link provided on Whatsapp.

Exchange :

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

The original product is to be shipped back to us by the customer.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, You have to ship the item at our warehouse address.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges:

Once we approve the request, you have to ship the item in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Ship the item at our return address mentioned above. Once we receive the item, we will perform quality checks and only after quality check clearance we will ship the exchanged article.

Refunds

Only In case of any manufacturing defects, we will provide full refund of your order value.
